Unfortunately, as everything is made to order and is custom made for you, we are unable to offer refunds. We also do not cancel orders once they are placed unless they’re cancelled within the hour.

however we can  alter the orignal piece 

we do not pay for return delivery for the alter this is your responsibility so please use a tracked servise 

we do not pay for the alter to be sent back to you , you will be sent a link to cover the cost of returned alter postage.
